Looking for specific themes

I’d like to read some historical fiction books centered around the lives and experiences of servants or staff, but have no idea where to look. Anything from early medieval to Edwardian, and geographically prefer Europe or Americas (north and south), but am open to other continents. Can lean into historical fantasy. Drama, romance, mystery, thriller, and horror all apply. Any suggestions are appreciated.
