I’ve been on a train of mediocre ghost books. Please recommend me some great ghost horror!
I’m particularly looking for one about about a haunted mall, if possible! Anything that gives off liminal space vibes! I also LOVE hotels, campgrounds, etc.
I already know The Shining, The Haunting of Hill-house, The Woman in Black. Thank you.

Maybe Horrorstor by Grady Hendrix? Not a mall, per se, but similar vibe.
Odd Thomas?
I enjoyed Kill Creek by Scott Thomas.
I remember reading a terrifying book in 1990: “Odd’s End” by Tim Wynne-Jones. The only problem is I cannot remember if it was a ghost story or not. But it was certainly a great read that many years ago, at a time when I was endlessly on the search for terrific books about ghosts. 😊
