Hi guys,
I am not an avid book reader. I have ADHD, and it’s difficult for me to read books that have a slow pace.
These are the books in my current collection:
* *Science of Strength Training* by Austin Current
* *Science of Stretch* by Dr. Leada Malek
* *WHAT IF?* by Randall Munroe
* *How To: Absurd Scientific Advice for Common Real-World Problems* by Randall Munroe
* *DK’s Ultimate Family Visual Dictionary* by Dorling Kindersley UK
I’ve realized that I was able to read these books because they are fast-paced and to the point, with each page teaching me something new. The dopamine from learning kept me engaged.
I am interested in cosmos, arts & crafts, physical/mental fitness, finance, economy, gardening, nutrition, tech, backpacking/hiking, and motorcycles.
