I really loved Piranesi and have had Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell recommended a few times so decided to have a go but I’m on page 127 and really struggling. Does it get better? Is it worth presevering? I’ve heard such mixed reviews. I love the writing style but it’s a hard slog for the story so far… Would love to hear some opinions.
