I won’t go into any unnecessary detail, but for the last month or so I have felt completely lost and aimless, like I have no purpose. Just sort of preoccupied with a general bewilderment at existence and understanding what this reality of living even is? I suppose it’s existentialism, but nonetheless the biggest struggle I have is not having any real feeling of purpose. Has anyone ever read a book that helped them feel grounded or more settled or content with life? I hope that makes some sense.
And yes, I’ve read Man’s Search for Meaning 😂

Two very different suggestions:
Flow: the psychology of optimal experience
The Plague by Camus
Some people on Reddit have found Coelho very enlightening.
You know what gives me a sense of purpose? Doing something for someone else. Seriously.
