I’m a middle school teacher and my 8th graders are about to graduate. One of my favorite students just gave a really wonderful presentation on *Stargirl* and how, although her character is not explicitly autistic, he really resonated with her experience and reading the book made him feel seen, encouraged him to express himself more fully, and gave him confidence, which it really wonderful. I’d like to get him a book as a graduation present, and since he’s been vocally passionate about neurodivergence and supporting neurodivergent students like him, I’d love to get him a book with good neurodivergent representation. Hence the ask: Does anyone know any good YA novels/graphic novels with good neurodivergent representation that might be liked by a fan of Stargirl and Nimona?

*Fifty Four Things Wrong with Gwendolyn Rogers* is freaking amazing. My daughter & I read it together & we were both heavily invested.
