Help me remember the title!

Not really a request for book recommendations, but I'm looking for help remembering the title of a book I read way back in 1998. The story, roughly: A young woman's great aunt dies, and leaves her money and instructions to travel the British Isles to find herself. The great aunt did something similar in her youth and ended up falling in love with Scotland. Young woman travels, Scotland, Whales, England, with various romantic maybes along the way. The culminating meet-cute happens when she is in Cornwall, where her soul-mate spots her mixing a huge bowl of egg-salad. Definitely chick-lit, very fluffy, and I *think* the title was the young woman's name. . . It's driving me crazy that I can't remember what it was. Any brilliant thoughts??
