I've recently read "Our Share of the Night" by Mariana Enriquez and "A Little Luck" by Claudia Pineiro. I really loved the writing, world building and the overall theme of these books. There's something special about Argentinian literature which I'm still trying to figure by reading more of it.
("Not A River" is already on my list)
Edit: Not interested in "Tender is the flesh"

Jorge Luis Borge is a must read if you want to explore Argentinian authors. I also like Samanta Sweblin and Selma Alva
The Sanctuary by Gustavo Eduardo Abrevaya
The Tunnel, from Ernesto Sabato
