Suggest me a book about a quirky odd coming of age character like Adrian Mole or Oliver Tate.

I'm looking for something in the style of Adrian Mole by Sue Townsend or Submarine by Joe Dunthorne.

Something with a quirky and odd but fun coming-of-age type character that struggles with everyday things and relationships. Preferably living in the UK.

I know it's specific, but I just love Adrian and Oliver. There must be more out there.
