The VERY specific vibe I’m going for is “witty, snarky East Coast Jewish girl is a little lost but has a lot to say about life”. I LOVED reading Heartburn (Nora Ephron) and The Girl’s Guide to Hunting and Fishing (Melissa Bank)— and watching the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Are there any books you’ve read in this genre, or are they three of a kind?

The Matchmakers Gift by Lynda Cohen Loigman was cute and *almost* gets to this feeling. (Also an eternal search of mine. I am usually super let down by suggestions.)
Edit: You may like The Spellman Files
Have you seen the movie Obvious Child? It gave me that vibe!
Have you read Wifey by Judy Blume? It’s one of her adult novels. I loved it
Fran Leibowitz but not lost. She always knows exactly where she is. 🙂
