Need a book set in the country with a good love story and great characters

I’m craving a story set in the country with some horses and a handsome (southern?) boy. Preferably with some depth to it – not mega cheesy. I want to feeeeel the love and feel jealous I don’t have my own horse ranch. Maybe cry once or twice. Thanks y’all.
