"Bathroom books" is a concept that's always been really funny to me. The name says it all. If I know I'm going in for a long "trip," I'm more likely to bring my phone to mindlessly scroll on Instagram or Facebook. I live in an apartment with one bathroom and two other people; bringing a book into the can is more likely to distract me for longer. Also…what even qualifies as a "bathroom book?" Does anyone do this? If so, what books to you designate to sit on the back of your toilet for your next "long trip?"
