I am quite ill and getting married in a week – suggest a book for me that will draw me in and stop making me from getting stressed

Per title, getting married in a week and have bronchitis 😭
Nothing to do but stay in bed and feel sorry for myself so please give me suggestions for books that will draw me right in and will prevent me from overthinking.

I normally read horror (Stephen King) and crime/thriller (Gillian Flynn) but am open to anything!
