When I was a kid I remember this book that had collections of fairy stories, in one of the stories the fairies have to save their seahorse friend from the evil sea king. The fairy queen is like here give him this necklace that will burn him and they do and he releases the seahorse but I can't find the book anywhere. It's not the rainbow magic series I know that for sure, it's like a child's book from like 2000 to 2007 maximum. If anyone can help me find it I'd be eternally grateful
