Suggest me a book with morally grey characters, historical fiction, and fantasy

Hi all !

I’m looking for books with morally grey characters set in either historical fiction or fantasy type settings. I really enjoyed A Song of Ice and Fire series, I also enjoyed The Alchemist series by Nicholas Flamel too, as well as the Emperor series by Conn Igulden.

Anything you could recommend that is similar to any of those series I’d love !
