I’ve been looking for cartoon books aimed at adults, but the answer I get is “um AKSCHUALLY read comic books🤓” or “cartoons are for kids, books are meant to be imagined”. I’m looking for regular books with illustrations, something along the lines of Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Captain Underpants, or Dork Diaries. I am NOT looking for comic books.
