Horror book where doppelgängers take the place of the person they look like and live their lives?

I just saw a post I'll link in the comments but unfortunately it was just someone's dream so I was hoping that it actually exists. It's kinda like US, but if the clones had been exactly like the people they replicated instead of soulless copies.

Preferably something supernatural if possible.
