i saw something that said humans were originally meant to have 4 arms and legs and 2 faces, but zeus thought they’d be too powerful, so he split it in half. this would condemn humans to spend the rest of their lives searching for their other half. i’m not sure how accurate this is, but i found the concept to be tragically romantic. any books out there with a similar story?
