Spooky houses book recs

First Reddit post long time lurker! I’m looking for good spooky books. More about like ghosts/haunted houses. I’ve read a lot of Darcy Coates books but other than that haven’t ever gotten into I guess horror genre. I have tried to read Stephen king and I’m just not a fan 😩. Also I read inheritance by Nora Robert’s and that’s what got me into it! So anything along the lines of that would be amazing. I have a kindle and a library next to my house! Thank you all! ❤️
