guys can u share the books that drastically improved your life or your working habits, Mental health, perspective or discipline

this is a cry for help
I feel like I need to work on everything I mentioned above. I have hit rock bottom.
My grades, my discipline, my perspective, my health everything has worsened after lockdown. I now just have 4 yrs to rise up. I am ready to change everything.
I need help and Books seem to be the only solution to me. SO many being out there I am confused as heck.
