Suggest me a book please. I’m looking for a book in the POV of a person who struggles with a mental illness. Also a romance :)

This is pretty specific and there might not be much. But I am looking for a book inside the mind of someone who is struggling with a mental illness. I also would like the book to have romance in it as well. Preferably in a female POV but that’s not a big factor! I’m trying to relate my life to book characters haha. Thanks! <3
