What are some good books for healing an attachment disorder?
Looking for books relating to attachment issues, low self esteem, unstable sense of self, bpd. Preferably something easy to read, not more than 400 pages. Both English and Norwegian is fine.
This isn’t a book suggestion, however, I hope maybe you’ll find some of this helpful.
I’ve read and listened to a lot of Dr. Gabor Mate and I’ve found him to be helpful. I didn’t even realize I have attachment issues until he described it.
