I need a book like Robinson Crusoe, but with absolutely NO conflict

I recently read the unabridged version and didn't want all of the problems. I simply want a book about somebody who wants to go out into nature, and then goes out into nature and then writes about it in their log. No problems, just hearing about someone's day. Preferably non fiction.
