I’m looking for a book to help me let go of the idea that there will be someone who saves me/a book on taking responsibility, ownership, and action in my life

I know about David Goggins and maybe that’s a good book to read but honestly, he kind of stresses me out with his energy and personality. Anyone have any other books they can recommend for me thank you.
