I'm currently almost done with Stephen King's It and I am loving it. However, I am looking for recommendations for a fast-paced read for afterwards that's not too long (up to 4-500 pages or so). I'm also looking for good plot and characters but nothing super complex. Ideally sci-fi and not part of a franchise. Thanks!
