My grandma was diagnosed with dementia about a year ago. It’s been a big struggle, she needs a lot of care, and she’s gone downhill pretty fast. She’s always loved reading and is very intelligent, but has been having a harder time keeping up with storylines.
I’m in the market for simple/easy to read books with pictures that have storylines and themes aimed at adults. She has specific interests in history, science-fiction, and cats.
