Suggest me your favourite epic fantasy series

I'm in need of a great, big, chunky fantasy series while i wait in anticipation for stormlight 5.

I am interested in Malazan and wheel of time (if you've read these can you tell me why you liked or disliked them)

I want something that will absolutely blow my mind, that I won't be able to put down.

I've already read the majority of the cosmere and I want something that will stand up to that or even surpass it.

I tried the Kingkiller chronicles, but it wasn't for me.
