As I said I only want a male protagonist but the time that have sliver tongue and can get out of trouble with just their way of speaking, I want the book to show it and just say that he has sliver tongue .
and he has to rely more on his mind and speaking ability than his physical abilities, I would actually prefer if he has weak physical to show his sharp mind more .
as I said I hate romance in books even if it is little so please no romance.
and I love bromance but it doesn’t matter if the book doesn’t have it as long as the Mac is as I described.

The protagonist is cunning, snarky, limps, talks his way out of trouble really, really fast. Re your romance hatred, while >!there is a young man meeting with a young lady toward the end of the book,!< the romantic high point is >!the gang rape at the start!<.

How about „The spirit thief“ by Rachel Aaron? And „The thief“ by Megan Whalen Turner also fits, I think. Both MC are Tricksters and Talkers rather than fighters and I can’t remember any romance.

It’s old, but the Stainless Steel Rat series. There is if I recall, a rather token romance but nothing significant. Also Phules Company. Might be a bit more comedic than you want?
You are describing “Cabal, the necromancer” perfectly. He’s a necromancer who sold his soul to the devil, and has to go through trials and tribulations to get it back. Mainly starting a circus to trick 100 people into giving their souls to him.
Great read. Lots of fun. Charming and funny protagonist.
