Can anyone suggest me a gay romance book? I heavily prefer third person perspective. I also love humor. I would love to hear more recommendations for this genre! Bonus points if it’s a queer author 🙂
When it comes to gay romance, I’m always going to recommend KJ Charles, Cat Sebastian, and Alexis Hall.
For humor, I recommend ‘The Henchmen of Zenda’ by KJ Charles, ‘The Queer Principles of Kitt Webb’ by Cat Sebastian, and ‘Mortal Follies’ by Alexis Hall. All three are historical-ish.
If you’d prefer something more accurately historical, I’d recommend ‘Band Sinister’ by KJ Charles.
If you’d prefer something that isn’t historical at all, I recommend ‘Heated Rivalry’ by Rachel Reid, which is a novel about rival hockey players and is technically not the first in the series, but you should go ahead and skip the ones that come before it.
If you’d prefer fantasy, I recommend KJ Charles’ ‘The Magpie Lord’ series or ‘A Taste of Gold and Iron’ by Alexandra Rowland.
If you’re interested in a novel that isn’t strictly speaking a romance novel but centrally features a queer romance, I just read ‘Earthflown’ by Frances Wren, and it was very good.
