I want some Japanese literature that takes place in or has descriptions of nature and natural beauty in Japan, and / or Japanese traditions. A lot of Japanese literature or books set in Japan I've read have been quite dark/dystopian/sci-fi with a primarily urban setting and I'd like something a bit different to this, doesn't have to be all light and happy though. This might narrow my options a bit but I'm not that interested in historical fiction.
