I'm looking for a book that has a kind of theocratic dystopia, it must be religious. I really want something to fill the hole that Bioshock Infinite left. Bonus points if the religion is Christian. Thanks
The Handmaid’s Tale is the free spot on the bingo card.
Parable of the Sower by Octavia Butler

Scandalliances has it. Margaret Atwood’s Handmaid’s Tale and Octavia Butler’s Parables are the top answers.
The only other one I can think of, just now, is John Wyndham’s the Chrysalids.

A Canticle for Leibowitz by Arthur Miller might fit the bill

This is a bit of a reach, but Camp Damascus by Chuck Tingle. Horror novel about a Christian anti-gay cult. I would say that the cult (and the surrounding area under its influence) is dystopian, even if it isn’t a classic “dystopia” overall.
