Hello, I'm not an avid reader but I wanted to get my friend "A good girl's guide to murder" series. They love hardbacks and are very particular about the pages and the quality of the books etc.
The thing is that I don't live in a country where I can get the books delivered from the publishers or any trusted sites, rather I have to rely on local bookstores.
I found a set (was a bit difficult) and its publisher by Delacorte press.
However when I look at the pages, they're slightly yellow and the text printed on the other side can somewhat be seen.
Is that normal or is that a pirated book? I want to get them the best thing so I'm quite confused on what to do.
Was not able to find any that were printer by electric monkey (UK publisher, i think!).
Any help would be greatly appreciated
