Getting Back to Reading!

I need some suggestions on books to read. I’m a huge thriller/mystery/suspense/crime fan. I need something that’s a page turner/hard to put down! (I’m dealing with some health issues & need something to distract me. I’ll probably be doing more audio due to the chronic migraines-so when unable to watch tv would like a really great read that will help keep me focus on the book versus the pain! BTW, haven’t done much reading in the past 10 yrs. (Welcome young adult literature!)
