I think short stories and novellas tend to capture the Black Mirror vibe better than novels. Some that come to mind:
_And Then There Were N-One_ is about a woman who attends a convention populated entirely by versions of herself from other timelines. One version of her is murdered, and she has to figure out what the motive could be, who the murderer was, and who the victim is, given that everyone looks the same.
_Under Siege_ is about a guy in a dystopian future where humanity is dying out sending his consciousness back centuries to try to alter the outcome of a particular military operation in 1808, which will lead the world to a better future. It’s a very dark, grim story, and happens to be written by George R. R. Martin of _Game of Thrones_ fame.

You might like to try John Marr’s The Passengers and/or The Marriage Act. Both reminded me a bit of black mirror episodes.
