Just finished reading ‘Why We Sleep’ by Matthew Walker. I found it really interesting and loved that I’m now inspired to take steps to improve my sleep.
What other health/ life books would you recommend that are similar to this? Probably not to do with sleep, but something else such as nutrition, exercise, meditation, water, mindfulness, longevity, habits, gut health, fasting etc. I’m open minded but generally want to be inspired to make changes in my life.
