I overthink alot and end up having anxiety. I get hurt easily. I will overthink even on something extremely useless when it comes to people close to me. I get affected very easily.
Also feeling less positive lately.
Please suggest a book based on overthinking & which can also provide some positive mindset to me.
Note – I am a beginner, have only read ikigai till now. 6.5/10 in English. Don't want a book with hardcore wordings.
