Your sentimental ADHD friend who loves poetry and can’t pay attention to anything for more than about 5 minutes at a time comes to you and says “hey, what book should I read?”
It can be anything. Nonfiction, fiction, doesn’t matter as long as it isn’t scary.
It needs to be short enough that they won’t abandon it. On a reading level probably no higher than high school so it doesn’t require an intense level of focus.
Something that says to their brain “hey, maybe there’s something to this reading thing. maybe you don’t want to let that brain totaaaally rot.”
What’s your first suggestion?
