My friend has suggested we have our own 2 person book club.
We're both busy people so it needs to be 100 – 150 pages (roughly). Obviously the content of the book really dictates how long it'll take to read.
We're just looking for something to both read and then discuss.

A Short Stay in Hell by Steven L Peck.
*Piranesi* by Susanna Clarke. A little longer than you’d like (it’s a novel, not a novella) but still short.
