Horror Cosmic sci fi the law of physics

I recently read revival from Stephen king and while I thought it was ok , what stuck with me was the concept of dark or hidden electricity.
So maybe someone has some recommendations for cosmic sci fi horror books about physics or evil counter parts of physic concepts.
This was also what I loved about Frankenstein.
