Book recommendations where there settings is one place the whole story? (Description for more context)

I mean stories (usually fiction) where the setting is literally one place. Like being confined to one room either through choice, circumstance or against their will. I love stories like this because I enjoy seeing how creative authors can get when they can only use one small space to tell their story. It usually makes them more character and drama focused.
Of course I prefer weirder/horror with this type of stuff.
Any recommendations for this stuff? I know it’s a niche genre.
