What are the books that devastated you? Upset you so much that you still think about them today and tear up.
Here are mine:
History is all You Left Me by Adam Silvera. From page 1 I was sad and the happiness really never came(although it did have a happy ending technically).
A Little Life by Hanya Yanaghara. Cult classic in sad lit fic. You either love it or hate it and I loved it. No happy ending.
All The Bright Places Jennifer Nivian. Broke my heart. I cried for days.
