Hello everyone, anybody has suggestions for books that are good for english improvement? Not an educational books but maybe good story books for middle/high school english level but would still be good for an older person than school age to read. Thanks in advanced!

If youre looking for american english then maybe Percy Jackson (2005) by Rick Riordan? It has many books, is interesting for any age but is written for a younger audience and it also includes a lot of mythological and historical substance.
For standard british english perhaps either ´Good omens’ by neil gaiman and terry pratchet (written 1990 and includes british slang and is what the tv show on Amazon Prime is based off of) or ‘Afterlove’ (2021) by Tanya Burne which is a paranormal romance suited to an audience of 13+ years.
The Locked Tomb series- never in my life have I ever had to Google so many words 😅😅
