It got the adrenaline pumping. Anger is a hard emotion for me to hold on to long enough to channel productively. It gets buried all too easily under the quieter, less outwardly disruptive emotions of sadness, shame, and exhaustion. But damn if anger in the face of the daily absurdities of injustice isn’t necessary and cathartic. I’m also on the lookout for books featuring women supporting women. Satire, dark humour, etc. Thanks!!

{{The Power by Naomi Alderman}} is excellent for female rage.
[HERE](https://app.thestorygraph.com/reading_challenges/d720445c-d4f6-41a3-a612-015f58e1242a) is a storygraph reading challenge list of books that I think of as part of the “unhinged woman” genre. It doesn’t specifically call out angry books, but I think it’s a good place to start.
