Just as title suggested, I’m looking for a book series with the following criteria: The main character should be male, and the entire story should be told from his point of view (whether first-person or third-person).
He should be a capable character, and the plot should revolve around one adventure after another, like saving a town, then hunting down a monster, etc. I'd also like him to have a party or group of companions, kind of like followers in a D&D game. I prefer fantasy but am open to sci-fi as well.
Any recommendations?
