Recommend me some horror books

I’ve never read a horror book, please recommend me some horror books. I want to experience reading a horror book.

I have seen a lot of horror movies. Based on some movies I enjoyed, can you guys recommend me some books? If not then my favorite horror genres are supernatural, paranormal, sci fi horror, and movies where someone’s possessed lol.

movies:
-the ring
-conjuring 1
-sinister
-dead silence
-event horizon
-insidious 2(the lady in black freaked me out as a kid)
-the shining
-get out(the feeling of being trapped was scary to me)

I’ve seen a lot more classic and modern horror movies, but these are the ones that come to mind.
