As the title says I‘m looking for books like The Swarm by Frank Schätzing or T. Kingfisher‘s What Moves The Dead. I enjoyed both of those, though admittedly I only read half of The Swarm, because the politics were significantly less interesting to me than figuring out what strange thing was going on in the ocean. That’s the part I’d like to zero in on too. Basically I want to read something where nature is changing in strange/creepy ways or and the characters have to figure out what’s happening. I guess you could also add Annihilation to that list, I just haven’t read the book, because I watched the movie before I knew there was a book but I thought that was cool too.
