    Hi,

As someone who struggles with staying angry and holding grudges from family members or romantic relationships for as long as I can remember, im looking for an easy read that will temporarily help me…for example, i loved reading the meaning of life from frankyl. So anything with that vivid story telling, or profoundness (not too long either) would be a life saver.

I was reccomend anger from Thich nhat hanh, but his style is a little too pretentious, maybe a little slow even for my liking. So far it has not spoke to me, but maybe I’ll give it another go…

    Thank you for your help.

maybe our fathers by Andrew O’Hagan? “My father was an alcoholic, the kind that rages and mourns … I had forgotten the weights and measures of family malice.”
