My friend passed away and I’m looking for a book he used to share with me (link in comments)

As advertised: my good friend passed away at the end of June. He used to share these “motivational” quotes with me from a book he had, but he never mentioned the name of the book. I would really like to find it and buy a copy for myself.

I included a link to the pics of a few of the quotes in the comments, hopefully the font/formatting etc. helps make identification easier?
