Suggest me a book about propaganda art (preferably with illustrations)

I'm NOT looking for Naomi Klein, Edward Berclay, or anything on propaganda itself. I'm mostly looking for illustrations of propaganda with blurbs about the artists or the inspiration and usage of propaganda pieces.

Country of origin doesn't matter so much, but I would prefer non-US propaganda.
