I’m looking for thoughtful, well-written books on developmental/intellectual disability, both nonfiction and fiction, from any angle or perspective (can be from the disabled person’s perspective, can be about parenting, can be philosophy, psychology, fiction, etc.) Please note that I am NOT looking for books about autism, but Down Syndrome and similar conditions are ok.

I’ve already read Life as We Know It by Michael Berube; Far From the Tree by Andrew Solomon; Learning From My Daughter by Eva Kittay; and several books from She Writes Press. Would appreciate any other recs, thank you!!
